The Agreement between the User and Boutique Romania

Please read the contractual terms and conditions below (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) before accessing Boutique Romania’s website or booking a service. This Website is provided by SC Explore Bucovina Travel and Tours SRL with headquarters in Egretei street no. 11, Brasov, Romania, registered in the Romanian Trade Register under no. J08/15/2019, Fiscal Code 37313805. SC Explore Bucovina Traveld and Tours SRL is registered as a tour operator at the Ministry of Tourism in Romania license 1454.

Booking

These booking conditions govern all bookings with BoutiqueRomania.com. Any booking made or order placed by you, whether through the company’s website or otherwise, shall be deemed as an offer by you to purchase the relevant package or other travel arrangements subject to these booking conditions.

The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payments due from the party.

By submitting a booking, you warrant and confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements. All reservations are subject to availability. Boutique Romania undertakes to send the confirmation or a nonacceptance of the booking within 48 hours after registering the reservation.

Terms of payment

One-day tours – To confirm the booking a deposit of 30% of the total price should reach BoutiqueRomania. Full payment (less deposit) for groups and individuals should reach BoutiqueRomania at least 7 days prior to the arrival (wire transfer or online payment), or cash on the day of the tour. In the case of delayed payment, BoutiqueRomania reserves the right to treat this as a cancellation and to withdraw its confirmation of the services.

Private tours – A deposit of 20% of the total price should reach BoutiqueRomania at the time of booking. Full payment (less deposit) for groups and individuals should reach BoutiqueRomania at least 14 days prior to arrival. In the case of delayed payment, we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation and to withdraw its confirmation of the services.
In the event of a partial cancellation which will change the size of the group increasing or decreasing, Boutique Romania may alter our quoted price accordingly to reflect the revised numbers.

Guaranteed departures – A deposit of 20% of the total price should reach BoutiqueRomania at the time of booking. Full payment (less deposit) for groups and individuals should reach BoutiqueRomania at least 30 days prior to arrival. In the case of delayed payment, we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation and to withdraw its confirmation of the services.

To pay for services booked at BoutiqueRomania.com, you can use all major credit cards directly on the website or by wire transfers.

Validity of Prices

All rates shown in our tariffs are based on current prices and are subject to change in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such cost increase that is beyond BoutiqueRomania’s control. If an incorrect price has been posted in error, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, amend or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.

Cancellation

For all cancellations, we will make every effort to ensure the best protection for you. However, late cancellations can result in compensation claims from hotels and other service providers. All cancellations must be sent to BoutiqueRomania.com in writing, by e-mail (contact@boutiqueromania.com).

Please note that cancellation by the passenger(s) within a group may either result in a price increase for the whole group or a cancellation fee being charged to the passenger(s) who has canceled.

If the User renounces the trips service package under this agreement, the User is liable for penalties to Boutique Romania as follows:

1. One-day tours and city tours:
– If the User request cancellation 30 days or more prior to its start – Free Cancellation
– If the User requests cancellation between 3 – 30 days prior to its start – Boutique Romania keeps the right to charge 10% of the full-service amount to cover the damages.
– If the User requests cancellation 3 days or less prior to its start or for no-shows – 100% of the full-service amount.
No cancellation fee will be applied if the service will be rescheduled on a period agreed upon by Boutique Romania.
No cancellation fee will be applied if the service will be cancelled due to travel bans imposed by the User’s government or the Romanian government. This cancellation waiver allowance doesn’t apply if cancellation happens due to restrictions for PCR tests and lack of vaccine.

2. Private tours:
– If the User request cancellation 30 days or more prior to its start – from 0 to 5% of the full-service amount
– If the User requests cancellation between 14 – 30 days prior to its start – Boutique Romania keeps the right to charge 10% of the full-service amount to cover the damages.
– If the User requests cancellation between 7 – 14 days prior to its start – Boutique Romania keeps the right to charge 30% of the full-service amount to cover the damages.
– If the User requests cancellation between 3 – 7 days prior to its start – Boutique Romania keeps the right to charge 50% of the full-service amount to cover the damages.
– If the User requests cancellation 3 days or less prior to its start or for no-shows – 100% of the full-service amount.
No cancellation fee will be applied if the service will be rescheduled on a period agreed upon by Boutique Romania.

Changes to Bookings

All requests for changes to a booking must be made in writing by email from the person who submitted the booking. Additional costs may still apply depending on the change(s) requested.

Liability

BoutiqueRomania.com claims no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury, sickness, or schedule change due to weather, strike, or any other cause beyond BoutiqueRomania’s control.

BoutiqueRomania.com reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries, or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise.

Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and in order to do so, we maintain strict quality monitoring. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your holiday package, we want to hear about it. We recommend you contact us as soon as any incident arises.
